By creating an account or using LaunchPoint ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is owned and operated by Mamba Solutions, LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LaunchPoint is a cloud-based CRM and lead tracking platform designed for small businesses. The Platform provides:

• CRM tools for managing customer relationships
• Lead tracking and sales pipeline management
• Customer management and interaction logging
• Reporting and analytics features

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of LaunchPoint, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
• Not store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and authentication tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Google Integration

LaunchPoint offers optional Google account integration for authentication. By connecting your Google account, you authorize LaunchPoint to access your basic profile information (name and email) for authentication purposes. This authorization can be revoked at any time through your Google account settings.

6. Subscription & Payments

LaunchPoint operates on a subscription-based pricing model:

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into LaunchPoint, including leads, customer information, and business records. Mamba Solutions, LLC hosts and processes this data solely to provide platform functionality. We do not claim ownership over your business data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by Mamba Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mamba Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
