Portalr is a cloud-based client portal and business management platform that enables businesses to share files, manage customer records, send invoices, and communicate with clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Portalr offers optional Google account integration for sending emails via Gmail. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Portalr to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API. This authorization can be revoked at any time through your Google account settings.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Mamba Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Mamba Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
